We need you – volunteer for a new Team each session
and get to know a different group of people (Fall, Winter, Spring,
Summer)
Operating Board
Consists of rotating Chairperson and 1 rep
from each volunteer team, plus Advisers from Good Shepherd
|
Monthly team reports.
Coordinating general planning
Internal/external communications/media
Finance – door receipts, fund-raising, budgets for events and
activities;
Community Involvement |
Facilitator Team
Open to any member.
Training
is provided
Meeting time and place decided by team members |
Lead/facilitate Tuesdays groups.
Plan groups structure and topics.
Arrange for Speakers, materials – videos, tapes, books.
Plan conference or retreats.
Conduct periodic facilitator training
Manage small group dynamics |
Fellowship/Membership Team
Open to any member
Meeting time and place decided by team members |
Arrange for refreshments at Tuesday meetings,– buy, bake, or find
donations of snacks or dessert. Coffee is provided
Manage our member recognition and communication – Birthdays, Phone
tree, Newcomers welcoming event.
Greeters/huggers at all events |
Socialites Team
Open to any member.
Meeting time and place decided by team |
Plan, and work, social events such as – Dining out or in, Movies,
Concerts, picnics, trips, sports, or any other interests
