Greetings Lambs, Summer is in full swing, and we are swinging right along with it. See our Current Calendar and call our Voice Mail to leave your name and phone number to reserve or for a call back with details. We are currently sending announcements to all the media that we are adding new groups for 20s, 30s, or 40s, so tell all your friends and families. Details will be published at the end of August for our September Kick-Off event. Until then we are collecting names of people who want to participate who will be invited to a special Newcomer Get Acquainted meeting in August. We are looking for volunteers to help lead our discussion groups, and be on our Social and Membership committees. Being part of sub-committees is another way to make friends and have fun in addition to the whole group activities. At present we have Facilitators for our Under age 40 group, and Over age 40 group and are looking for at least 2 more to act as co-leaders, so we can be prepared in case we need to break into more groups and have 2 Under 40s, and 2 over 40s, groups. In the meantime, join us for some summer fun. Our discussion groups, book club, and Bible/Spirituality study will resume in the Fall. We are currently reviewing books and materials to prepare for that, so if you have any suggestions, call our Hot line above and let us know. For events on the calendar, call our Hot Line and leave your name & phone # to let us know you are coming so we can call you and arrange to meet up with you.
