Update April 1,  2007

Greetings Lambs,

What You Missed:

Our Tuesday night Open Groups resumed and we began with CDs on The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. Gary helps you identify your personal love language. He also helps you understand the love language of your spouse/partner and provides practical suggestions for enriching your relationship by practicing the other love language.

Our Bible Study continued on the 2nd and 4th Sat mornings, with Father Lance providing enlightenment of Genesis, from the Bible for Dummies. We are currently reviewing Bible Study topics from www.ChristianityToday.com  to choose some topics to alternate with our Bible For Dummies. That site also has some good articles referencing specific scriptures that may help answer a single person's questions:

Our Monthly Feast was cancelled so we could attend Good Shepherd's annual St. Patrick's Day celebration. We enjoyed a rollicking good time with music and singing by Jack Brennick's "Potato Pickers" and Irish Jokes delivered by Father Lance. We continued the good times the next day when we went to a Jamboree at the VFW in Lyons and danced our feet off to several country and rock bands. Single Life can be so hard sometimes  :)

APRIL Tuesday night Discussions - donations - members $2, non-members $3.
