October 2008 UPDATE Our Fall programs are under way with discussion groups on Tuesday nights using some very interesting learning DVDs from Drs. Cloud & Townsend of www.cloudtownsend.com We use their materials through the end of September and switch to other professional leaders materials in October to finish our Fall discussion series. Our Fall discussions conclude at the end of October, unless the group decides to continue through November. We will suspend discussions for our Winter break – December – March, but continue with Bible Study and social events. OCTOBER CALENDAR: Tuesday nights – 7 – 9 pm (approx.) Open discussions using materials by Dr. Wayne Dyer, or other professional – get details in our Tuesday group or via our info line above, or on our web ste. Sundays – Oct 12 & 26, 5 pm – Bible Study, led by Father Lance Robbins, followed by dinner at a local restaurant. See the topics and description at http://www.samslambs.org/Articles/livingsingle.htm Our study group includes discussions of our spirituality and any questions we may have about our faith or the Bible, which Father Lance is very well qualified to answer and advise on. Friday night dining out – Restaurant locations vary, so sign up in Tuesday or Sunday night discussion groups or call our info line to reserve or get directions. Other social events - will be decided in our Tuesday groups and announced on our voice mail or web site. All singles are welcome to join us for fun and fellowship.
